With the Campus Print app you can do a request to refund your remaining private credit. (What is print credit?)

Your remaining private credit is transferred to your bank account within three weeks after the receipt of your request.
Important: You cannot request a refund when automatic top-up is switched on.
Ensure you installed the Campus Print app on your mobile device. (Install the Campus Print app)
- Open the Campus Print app.
- Tap [Top up], next to your print credit.
- Select [Refund] in the menu.
- Enter name of the account holder, your email address, and the IBAN number of your bank account.
- Tap [Request credit refund].
