Request a print credit refund in the TU/e print portal

You can do a request to refund your remaining print credit in the print portal. (What is print credit?)

1. Go to: print.tue.nl
   
   
2. Log in with your TU/e username and password or with your guest account.
   
   
3. Click the [Credit] tab.
   
   
   
   
4. Click [Refund].
   
   
5. Enter name of account holder, email address and IBAN.
   
   
6. Click the [Request credit refund] button.
   
   
7. Click the   button and then click [Log out].
