When you have installed the Campus Print app on your mobile device, then you are able to print to the Canon printers. (Install the Campus Print app)
There are two ways to select the documents you want to print.
- Browse to the file in Campus Print.
- Share the file with Campus Print.
Browse to the file in Campus Print
When you open Campus Print, you can select directly the files you want to print: documents, photos, or a photo that you are going to take with the camera.
- Open the Campus Print app.
- Tap [Print document], [Print photo] or [Open camera].
The [Open camera] option opens the camera. You can take a photo and submit it immediately to the Canon-printers. - Select the document or photo.
- Make the print settings.
You can also set the print properties at the Canon printer. - Tap [Print].
- The print job is sent to the Canon printers. (Print your job at a Canon printer)
Share the file with Campus Print
Files that are stored in one of the cloud services, as Dropbox or OneDrive, can be shared with Campus Print. You do not need to open Campus Print.
Before you begin: Ensure the cloud service app is available on you smartphone or tablet.
Important: Sharing files on iOS and Android mobile devices have similar instructions. However, the cloud services have different settings to share the files with other applications. The instruction below shows some examples.
- Open the cloud service app.
- Browse to the file you want to print.
- Tap the file and then tap the Show more symbol with three dots (
). The location and orientation of the symbol can be different depending on the cloud service and your device.

- Tap the option to share the file with another app.
- iOS, OneDrive: [Open in other App]
- iOS, Dropbox: [Export]
- Android, Google Drive: [Send copy].
- iOS, OneDrive: [Open in other App]
- Select Campus Print from the list of applications.
- Campus Print opens and shows the settings of the print job.
- Tap [Print].
- The print job is sent to the Canon printers. (Print your job at a Canon printer)
